Hose carrier

Regardless of where you suction, it is adapted to the requirements perfectly.

The different RSP hose carriers with additional expansion capabilities are equipped with the RSP clamp system. Thanks to the compatibility with different accessory parts, the most varied suction tasks are feasible.

THE IDEAL WORKING RANGE

The four moveable joints and a reach of six metres enable convenient operation from a safe location. The suction hose is firmly guided from the cover right up to the suction crown and can therefore be placed exactly in the suction point. The fully hydraulically guided jointed hose carrier is the optimum solution for working well at distances between 0 and 6 metres. With a swivel range of 180°, the RSP jointed hose carrier was specially adapted to the site conditions. This allows the machine also to work safely where space is limited. The RSP suction hoses were developed especially for the high load. They provide enough flexibility in daily use and the generous hose diameter of 250 mm enables effective suction of rough and heavy suction material.

THE NEW JOINTED HOSE CARRIER FOR THE ESE 8

To maximize the working range while, nevertheless, keeping it flexible, it has one joint more and is fitted centrally at the rear of the machine. This increases the working range by 20% and is symmetrical on a suction excavator for the first time. RSP Smart Control enables automatic positioning of the jointed hose carrier in working or transport position at the touch of a button with never seen before precision.

When making horizontal and vertical movements, the position of the last boom member is kept constant in the respective axis by automatically readjusting the other members. Work has become even safer and more convenient.

DIFFERENT VERSIONS OF THE TELESCOPIC HOSE CARRIER

The telescopic boom, which is flange mounted to the rear of the suction superstructure, has a reach of 3.50 m and can be moved hydraulically in three planes. The suction hose is redirected into the vertical by means of two steel wheels fitted to the end of the telescope. A safety catch secures the suction hose during operation. The telescopic boom is placed in transport position in a lock bracket and the suction hose secured with a cable. The use of the telescopic boom works similarly on the ESE 1, see image. See image.
