When designing your machine, you have the choice between 3 different container sizes. A tipping axis height of about 2050 mm for almost all container sizes. When designing your suction excavator, you can decide whether your container tips to the left or the right and whether your chassis will be a left or right-hand drive vehicle. The 6 m³ container is particularly suitable for a vehicle chassis with a short wheelbase.
The 8 m³ container provides more loading volume and therefore the ability to work more effectively. It has the optimum size for all 3- and 4-axle chassis. This is most frequently used for suction work when excavating. The 10 m³ container is designed for very special suction tasks, for example, in industrial facilities that require a larger container capacity.
The newly designed and patented separation chamber provides optimum pre-separation of the material. Long air channels to the micromesh filters cause the stream of air to dry. A constant and effective dust and fume extraction is achieved with the help of the highly effective micromesh filters. The micromesh filter chamber is emptied automatically during the tilting process.
The micromesh filter cleaning system installed as standard ensures optimum cleaning of the micromesh filters. This has a positive effect on the service life of the filters as well as the suction capacity of the complete machine.
The four moveable joints and a reach of six metres enable convenient operation from a safe location. The suction hose is firmly guided from the cover right up to the suction crown and can therefore be placed exactly in the suction point.
The fully hydraulically guided jointed hose carrier is the optimum solution for working well at distances between 0 and 6 metres. With a swivel range of 180°, the RSP joint hose carrier was especially adapted to the site conditions.
This allows the machine also to work safely where space is limited. The RSP suction hoses were developed especially for the high load. They provide enough flexibility in daily use and the generous hose diameter of 250 mm enables for effective suction of rough and heavy suction material.
The electronic on-board information system with the large monitor makes it easy to keep all operating states of the machine in view - both in the cockpit and at the rear when working. Information, registration, control, monitoring: It reliably provides all decisive data and parameters on the operating state of the ESE 6.
The RSP CONNECT coupled to the control informs you about the current status of the vehicle at any time in the web or as an app.
Some of the advantages include efficient scheduling by GPS tracking, reduction in fuel consumption by speed monitoring, and even theft protection or machine misuse.
For more than 20 years, our proven technology offers you the best conditions for daily use. You can completely configure the different models according to your intended application. The ESE 6 RD 8000 offers the perfect combination. The 3-axle chassis of all common manufacturers can be used as a basis for this basic structure. Single and double fans can be installed, making possible suction distances of up to 120 m depending on the material. The combination of high suction capacity and compact dimensions make the model an all-rounder for daily use on the construction site.
The tasks encountered can be effectively accomplished thanks to the convenient equipment level comprising a 6.10-m-long jointed hose carrier and a collecting tank of up to 8 m³. Optional pressure or high pressure water system complete the field of application of the ESE 6 RD 8000.
